1. Our 30-Day "Peace of Mind" Guarantee
If your order arrives and it’s not what you expected due to a mistake on our end, we’re here to fix it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us regarding:

Damaged or Defective Items: Torn fabric, broken mugs, or faulty printing...

Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong size, or design compared to your order.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't been updated in 40+ business days.
In these cases, we will send you a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. No need to send the faulty item back—we know your time is valuable!
2. Easy Exchanges (Size & Fit)
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your 9clever.com gear. If the correct item was delivered but you aren't satisfied with the fit, we offer two simple solutions:

Option 1 (The Fan Favorite): Keep the original item and pay a small Shipping & Handling fee to receive a brand-new size. No return required! This is the fastest way to get your perfect fit.

Option 2: Return the original item to us at your own expense. It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags. We will ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the return.
Please Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order. Items purchased during a sale or as promotional gifts are not eligible for exchange.
3. The Nature of Personalized Goods (POD)
Since each product is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s Remorse: "I changed my mind", "I don't like its material" or "I don't like the style anymore."

Address Errors: Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
4. Refund Policy & Exceptions
Because our products are "Made-to-Order" (printed specifically for you the moment you buy), refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations (subject to a case-by-case review by our team):

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
