At 9clever.com, we know you’re excited to receive your new favorites. Because most of our products are handcrafted and printed just for you, our shipping process is a little different than your average big-box retailer. We believe that great things are worth a short wait!
1. Production & Processing Time
Every item you order is custom-made. Instead of picking a dusty box off a shelf, our team gets to work printing and assembling your order the moment you click "Buy."

Apparel & Most Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for production.

Peak Seasons: During holidays (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Veterans Day, Christmas...), production may take additional 2-4 business days.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been carefully inspected and packed, it’s handed over to our trusted carriers.

United States: 7-15 business days.

International: 10-20 business days (Depending on your location).
Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
3. Address Accuracy
To ensure your package reaches you safely, please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@9clever.com.com within 12 hours.
4. Customs & Duties
Please be aware that your country may apply customs fees or import duties. These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
